Starting at 5 years old we offer the best of two worlds. Boxing and athletic conditioning. Each session starts with some jump rope drills to help the young ones develop basic footwork skills as they they improve their fitness levels. After that engage in various types of exercises aimed at improving their hand-eye coordination, rhythm, speed, strength, and stamina. The second half of the session is all about boxing skills and drills. Kids get to learn boxing from the basic stance and footwork all the way to boxing combinations and defensive tactics.

Each one of those programs is designed based on our clients interests and needs. Boxing, Muay Thai and BJJ classes are all about learning the great Martial Arts from the ground up. We focus on techniques and correct form before we allow students to spar or fight. Our fitness programs use Boxing conditioning methods and awesome drills to improve your fitness levels and get you in a great shape without ever getting bored or overwhelmed.

Our private sessions, for all ages 5+, are tailored around your needs and goals. We can create the perfect training for your needs with any combination of Boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ and/or strength and conditioning training.
Private training is available for children with special needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger Syndrome, ADHD, and learning disabilities/difficulties. Click below to find out more.
Private training is also a great option to teach Self Defense, for women and girls, in between our Self Defense Seminars.
